WHO I AM





Freelance Purchasing Manager with an automotive industrial background. Over 5 years spent in Hungary developing a fast growing business in the Electric & Hybrid Powertrain Industry: Brownfield factory creation from 70 to 1500 headcounts with the launch in serial production of more than 10 projects that got us constantly electrified !


Initially working in Purchasing, several opportunities took me to Purchasing management and eventually to leading a team of 50 indirect and 100 direct headcount in Supply Chain. Product portfolio: On Board Chargers, Inverters, eDrivetrains. Passionate about eMobility industry, purchasing and supplier development.


I am an active, always solution oriented and people centered person. Comfortable with crisis management or conflictual situations as I aim to always find the best compromise for my clients.



WHAT I DO





OPERATIONAL SUPPORT



Working WITH the team to immediately bring results in operations improvement such as supplier OTD increase, quality issues solving via root cause analysis and purchasing performance through cost management.



TOOLS DEVELOPMENT



A proficient purchasing department requires sharp tools to analyze, monitor and pilot a supplier panel or BOM in QCD. Multinational automotive groups experience allow me apply the best tools for a given situation and strategy. That will save time and efforts to your teams to achieve better results while relieving stress !

Creating, developing or pursuing a purchasing strategy in line with the company strategy in terms of cost reduction and supplier quality improvement., supplier panel management and reduction of TCO. A good purchasing strategy requires going beyond intuition and experience. I believe in fact-based decisions.

More than 5 years experience in the electric cars industry, launching more than 10 projects of innovative, high voltage products. Supporting industrialization and ramp up through supplier implication and innovation.

Lead and manage the Site Supply Chain team with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers.


Ensure the best service level to the customers at the lower cost level (logistics, gross inventory and physical flows).

• Introduction and development of Continuous Improvement Management team (business process, master data analysis, inventory & physical flows analysis)

• Creation and introduction of training plans & development matrixes

• Annual inventory results & inventory accuracy improved by factor of 4

• Transfer to new external warehouse of Inbound & Outbound Processes

• COVID crisis: Inventory protection and supply chain restart within 2 months
